PLEASE ARRIVE AT ALL PARADES AT THE LINE UP TIME (NOT ACTUAL STEP OFF TIME) AND LOCATION. INSPECTION WILL BE HELD PRIOR TO EACH PARADE DURING THE LINE UP TIMES. WHAT TO WEAR: Red TTI Sweat Suit (no exceptions) with correct TTI logo on warm ups. White turtle neck long sleeved sweater under sweat top. Clean white canvas/leather tennis shoes (no high tops). Balanced baton without tape or colored ends for all students. No jewelry or colored nail polish allowed. 7/8 inch white grosgrain ribbon bow in pony tail. Twirlers with short hair will wear bow in back of hair. Be sure to visit the restroom before arriving at the parade line up position. There are NO RESTROOM AT THE LINE UP POSITIONS. TTI Queens, Grand Champions and TTI Parade Corps/All State team members have their own dress codes. Come with turtle neck and parade corps/queen or grand champion sweat suit on. Have uniform and correct hose on legs under sweat suit.

PARENTS OR FRIENDS WILL NOT WALK WITH STUDENTS IN THE PARADES!!! Only TTI Staff will walk with the students....this is for security purposes. Parents are asked to leave their twirler after they pass inspection. TTI staff will inform parents where the parade will end and where our unit will disband. Please be there immediately when the TTI unit finished the parade. Do not pull your twirler out of the line up or off floats during the parade.

Fri., Dec.7 Televised Nashville Christmas Parade. You will be mailed information and maps upon receipt of your mail-in confirmation of the two Saturday events attended. Only students attending two Saturday events prior to the Nashville parade will participate in the televised parade sponsored by Nashville Gas Company. The parade will line up around 5:30 p.m. and begin at 7:00 p.m. This year it will take a different direction from 12th Avenue to Adelphia Stadium. Each twirler must have a confirmation number and map to march in this parade. It will be mailed to you!! Please fill out your Twirl Day information and mail by November 22nd. Please be sure to have your correct address on your parade requirement mail-in form so we can return your parade letter. There was 7 Saturday events in which to choose the Twirl Day closest to you!! Do not forget to register for this important parade.

CHRISTMAS PRINCESSES WILL RIDE IN CARS IN THEIR HOMETOWN PARADES UNLESS WE HAVE THE TTI FLOAT AT THAT PARADE. THEY MUST WEAR THE CORRECT TTI RED SWEAT SUIT WITH WHITE TURTLE NECK SWEATER (no dresses). They WILL RECEIVE a banner & crown.

AUDITIONS FOR TTI PARADE CORPS will be Saturday, November 10 in Memphis and Saturday, November 17 in Clarksville. This is the group wearing the red, white and blue uniforms leading our unit in all the parades. Students must be enrolled in a weekly TTI class to audition. Twirler may have just started in classes this September. Students are then on the Parade Corps for one year. The entire parade corps and traveling teams will travel to Daytona Beach, Florida for US National Championships in July 2008.

Make sure you have paid your $5 registration fee to march in the parades with TTI. This fee is to pay one staff member to be in charge and assimilate all information to the parents and twirlers. Thank you for understanding that we have to look sharp and have security when we march in these area parades.
