Governor Don Sundquist declares "BatonTwirling Week in Tennessee".

TTI Queens Madison McGinness, Talisa Taylor, Jessica Wade, Jasmine Davis and Jana Jenkins meet Governor Don Sundquist of Tennessee following the signing of a proclamation declaring the week of May 10-16, 1998 Baton Twirling Week in Tennessee.

Governor Sundquist takes a minute to try a little baton twirling for his visitors from TTI.

The State flower of Tennessee, the Purple Iris makes a beautiful and fitting backdrop for TTI's Queens.

These ladies of TTI, the oldest instructional baton twirling program in Tennessee pose below the State Capitol in Nashville. Tennessee's capitol is the second oldest working capitol in the United States.

After riding planes, limos, busses and horse drawn carriages these girls end their reign in style by climbing aboard a red caboose.

The TTI Queens wish all twirlers good luck and hope to see them at the USTA National Competition in Colorado Springs this July.
